What Is Starfish Circle? (For Therapists)

A collaborative professional community for pediatric therapists designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and clinical mastery. As pediatric therapists, we are often taught what to do, but we aren't always given the space to refine the how and why of our clinical practice. Between the heavy caseloads and the administrative grind, it’s easy to feel like you’re practicing on an island.

Starfish Circles is a professional membership and collaborative community designed exclusively for pediatric therapists (PTs, OTs, and SLPs). Created by the team at Starfish Therapies, this program moves beyond basic milestones to help you master clinical reasoning, streamline your business, and rediscover your passion for the work.

Why We Created the Therapist Circle

While our parent-facing programs focus on home implementation, the Therapist Circle is a "deep dive" into the professional side of pediatrics. We provide a space for:

We are currently in a Beta Development Phase. This means our founding members have the unique opportunity to help shape the curriculum based on their specific needs. While the content is evolving, members currently have access to:

Guidance on CPT codes, reimbursement trends, and the "nitty-gritty" of running a pediatric practice.

Modules on specific topics to further enhance education and development
